Meal planning is about wanting forward with an eye fixed towards flexibility. If I’ve three or 4 strong dinner concepts (or breakfast, for that matter), I do know I’ll have sufficient to make it by way of the week, even when plans change.
Typically we aren’t that hungry, or one particular person works late, or one in all my kids decides to eat dinner with a buddy. Three or 4 dinner concepts per week will normally do the trick.
After I’m in a position to repurpose these meals and components into one thing new, it means extra household time and fewer time doing dishes. It’s a win all the best way round.
This week’s Use It Up is all about flexibility and flexibility
