This month we’re happy to welcome Katie Morford and her meal plans as a part of our January Reset Problem! Katie is a San Francisco-based cookbook writer and registered dietitian who writes the weblog Mother’s Kitchen Handbook.

Welcome to Week three, Resetters! We hope you’re all feeling energized, and having fun with a few of the new recipes up to now. This week, Katie has gathered 5 craveable suppers together with one thing candy (we’re you, mini chocolate olive oil truffles).

Cook dinner for your self, give your self permission to eat when you will have an urge for food, relish each chunk, and push your plate away if you’re full.
